Miriam is an artist originally from Chicago, IL and is now currently based in Los Angeles, CA. She is graduate of the University of Iowa and is currently pursuing her Masters in Acting at the California Institute of the Arts. She is an actor who creates characters that are alive, responsive, and true to the imaginary circumstances.

Miriam is dedicated to exploring and producing stories that feature diverse perspectives and backgrounds. She enjoys cooking, playing basketball, and hosting potlucks at her tiny cottage.

Miriam is a producer at the California and Iowa based production company, Two Steps to the Left Productions. She has directed and starred in George., a play that was part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival 2019 and winner of the Encore Producer’s Award. She co-produced and assistant directed the feature film Treason, which is available to rent or buy on all VOD platforms. In the height of the pandemic, Miriam directed and starred in an innovative devised piece about exploring Black Idenity in Iowa. Her most recent work is co-directing and starring in a whodunnit audio drama called The Parting of the Shoe, which is available to listen on Spotify, Apple, and other podcast platforms.
